不太了解现行的加分政策是怎么样的。。大致知道的是三好生加分，特长生加分，少数民族加分。这个辩题的优势在于对方必须得全部否定现行制度，并且很可能需要提供替代制度。你方只需要证明现行制度至少大体上是可行的，细微的地方可以修改。即可以在继续执行的基础上进行微调。当然如果硬要辩的话其实“修改”这一缓冲地带也是要争论的。
其实不论是加分制度还是其他的各种制度。只要是作为一种制度，频繁变更就是不好的。所以如果现行制度仍然现实可行至少利大于弊的话，那就不应当废止一个制度。
现在的情况是，我们虽然一直在抨击高考制度，但是高考制度仍然是我国国情下最为公平的手段。但是高考制度有僵化的毛病，所以加分制度又是解决这一问题最好的手段。
关于加分制度和现行加分制度的关系，我认为“三好”、“特长”、“少数民族”代表了最需要的几个方面。“三好”在中学阶段其实主要就是学习能力或者工作能力的体现，这是大学需要的。“特长”代表了另一部分具有特殊才能的人，这些人需要这一手段进入好的大学。而少数民族则是我国民族政策的要求，这个是必须的。所以现行加分制度还是基本合理的。
然后，在体系不变的情况下，加分细节是可以微调的，比如说我们认为最近少数民族人数激增，于是少加点分，这种变化很难认为是“废止”了制度建立了新制度。
还有就是注意，现行制度在执行过程中出了问题并不代表制度本身就有问题。同时在这个辩题上攻击对方比立住自己略微重要一点。

首先为什么要加分，加分分为特长分、少数民族照顾分等一些种类，加分不但不该取消更应该加大比例，因为要达到人的全面发展，就不能仅仅看高考的分数
1.从社会和国家培养人才的角度：国家要培养什么样的人才？要培养具有创新精神、全面发展的综合型人才，那么取消高考加分就单一的从学习书本的固定科目选拔人才，这本身就违背了国家培养人才的初衷和原则，限制了人的全面发展，不符合科学发展的人本思想。
2.社会和用人单位需要什么样的人才：需要的是具有一定特长，全方面发展的人才，这样的才人才能有创造力为企业带来更大的利益。从招聘会不难看出这一点，专业知识比较好，且拥有学生干部，英语等级计算机等级的学生更容易找到较好的工作。甚至有些主要学生干部非常抢手，看重的是他的能力，分析问题解决问题的能力，而不是学习成绩。甚至放弃了对学习成绩的约束。
3.从自身发展看，无论身体的发展，能力的发展，都需要形成一种制度去鼓励，素质教育的实行就是适应学生自身发展的，而如果是简单的应试教育则限制了很多。
4.对于少数民族地区等教育资源配备不合理的地方，加分是公平的。
加分比例应该增加，自主招生的比例也该增加不是取消
